Responsibilities

• Support and lead Team Members to deliver top-tier service and memorable guest experiences.

• Help execute daily operations ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy across all areas.
• Step in across front of house, back of house, bar, or takeout as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment.
• Support promotions, local marketing efforts, and in-store fan engagement.
