Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Normal, IL team. You’ll support the General Manager and help run the playbook every shift, from the floor to the kitchen to the bar, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; 2+ years restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service preferred.

• You know the game. Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service preferred
• Experience counts. High school diploma (or equivalent) required; 1–3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred

Qualifications

• Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and desire to create a fun, exciting environment for guests and Team Members alike.
• Skilled with basic mathematical computations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Maintain confidential information, adhere to and enforce company policies, programs, and compliance issues.
• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience; experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred.
• High school education or equivalent; valid driver’s license to travel between units; satisfactory background check; ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
• Has successfully managed each department (Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar and HOH) for a minimum of three periods each.
