You will focus on delivering 5-star customer service, developing staff, and maintaining safety compliance while partnering with the GM on financial goals.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, operational excellence, and collaboration with the GM to drive a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks while upholding brand standards.
• Coach, coach and motivate team members and shift leaders to deliver top customer service.
• Prioritize health and safety, ensuring OSHA-compliant operations.
• Assist in training and developing future leaders and onboarding new hires.
• Support the GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
