Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2+ years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass ServSafe certification & local health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members and shift managers.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals and customer satisfaction.
