The role involves maintaining food quality and using store reports to drive improvements. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, comfort with Microsoft Office, and the stamina to handle multi-tasking in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must lead customer service and train staff.
• Oversee restaurant conditions complying with policies and Health Department standards.
• Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance manuals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Restaurant Leader for all staff.
• Ensure restaurant operations comply with company policies and health regulations.
• Maintain quality, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to inform operational decisions.
• Read and interpret operating documents and manuals as required.
