Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader Trainee to join its management team. This role focuses on leading customer service, training staff, and ensuring restaurant operations meet health and safety standards.

You will work alongside the Restaurant Leader to deliver quality service and maintain store performance. The position offers full-time hours with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement within a company with a strong promotion-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
• Ability to oversee restaurant operations and health standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Ensure proper preparations, presentation and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
