Qualifications
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching with Restaurant Leader.
- Ensure restaurant operations comply with policies and Health Department standards.
- Understand and use P&L and store reports to drive change.
Responsibilities
- Lead and train restaurant staff as part of the management team.
- Monitor restaurant conditions and adherence to procedures and health standards.
- Oversee food prep, presentation, and freshness to meet quality expectations.
- Utilize store reports to inform decisions and improve results.
