7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead customer service efforts and coaching across the restaurant team. You will partner with the Restaurant Leader to maintain outstanding service and a clean, compliant environment.

The role emphasizes food quality, freshness, and adherence to health standards, with the ability to analyze store reports and drive improvements. Full-time, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department Standards.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations in coordination with the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure foodservice products are properly prepared, presented, and fresh.
• Use P&L and store reports to affect change and drive improvements.
• Perform multiple tasks and maintain standards of safety and cleanliness.
