Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Certified preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees including daily activities, work assignments, time off requests and unique needs.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide coaching or corrective discipline as necessary.
• Observe kitchen operations and address misalignments promptly.
• Direct staffing, scheduling and task assignments for open hours.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage food costs, inventory, and health ratings.
• Ensure food quality through cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards.
• Oversee training to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
• Supervise production and preparation of food and beverages per recipes.
• Resolve guest issues with discretion and professionalism.
• Follow Operations Playbook for consistent daily operations.

Education
