Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable prior to completion of training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees and their daily activities and assignments.
• Lead shifts as the on-site management representative; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Direct scheduling and task assignment; ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage costs, inventory and hygiene practices.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and quality; uphold Ruby Tuesday service standards.
