Job summary

Ruby Tuesday in Inverness, MS is seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily restaurant operations. You will supervise both kitchen and service staff, schedule shifts, train team members and drive sales while maintaining food quality and safety standards.

The AGM will be the on-site management point of contact, ensure customer satisfaction, and mentor staff to uphold Ruby Tuesday policies and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certified preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees and daily activities.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coach staff as needed.
• Direct shift operations and set weekly schedules and tasks.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage costs and inventory.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and quality; enforce policy adherence.
• Train front- and back-of-house staff on Ruby Tuesday policies and specs.
• Oversee recipes, portions and plate presentation; maintain CHARM Service Model.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and repairs are conducted when needed.
