Job summary

Ruby Tuesday in Inverness, FL is seeking a Restaurant Manager responsible for day-to-day operations, teaching and coaching Team Members, and delivering excellent guest service while maintaining sanitation and food quality.

You will supervise scheduling, drive sales, manage costs, ensure compliance with safety standards, and lead training across front and back of house, upholding the CHARM Service Model and Ruby Tuesday policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred or able to obtain within 90 days.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Commitment to excellence in friendly service.
• Proven ability growing sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Review applications, interviewing, and making recommendations to hire hourly employees.
• Direct and observe kitchen operations and address issues promptly.
• Schedule shifts and assign tasks before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage food costs, inventory, and safety.
• Ensure food quality and sanitation.
• Lead Front and Back of House training on policies and specs.
• Supervise production and preparation of food and beverages.
• Follow Operations Playbook for consistent daily operations.
• Communicate shift notes and needs using the digital manager logbook.
