Carlisle Corporation's Wendy's Richland franchise seeks a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager by coaching the team and maintaining a fun, inviting work environment. You will identify 5-Star talent and place people in the right roles through effective scheduling.

You will manage daily operations, ensure adherence to company policies, and drive sales while controlling labor and food costs. The role requires training and developing crew, staffing, and maintaining safety and quality

Competenze

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and familiar with ServSafe.

Mansioni

• Lead, interview, select, train and develop crew with GM/DM support.
• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against sales goals.
• Monitor food costs, waste, and adherence to procedures.
• Hire, train, and develop crew; monitor turnover and retention.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with Health Dept. rules.
• Ensure adherence to all policies and execute shifts effectively.
