Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Dunkin' Team in a fast-paced environment. You will provide strong, positive leadership to deliver great guest experiences, ensure operational excellence, and help build profitable top-line sales in line with brand standards.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, manage performance, coach on service quality, and oversee safety, compliance, and profitability. This role requires English fluency, supervisory experience, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Math and financial management skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• At least 18 years of age, where applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed.
• Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Complete audits and implement plans to drive system improvements.
• Control costs to help maximize profitability.
• Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions.
• Roll out new products including team training, marketing and sampling.
• Set sales goals and track results.
