Job summary

Burger King in Galveston, TX is seeking a hands-on supervisory professional to lead a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will develop leaders, train new hires, and coach staff to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness while meeting financial goals.

Position requires high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, plus excellent communication skills and availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Manage cash handling and HACCP logs accurately.
• Review inventory and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and planning; adjust as needed.
• Create and manage staff schedules and onboarding.
