Burger King Houston is seeking a hands-on team member to contribute to daily operations, guest service, and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

As a supervisor-ready role, you will train staff, lead team huddles, monitor service speed, and help manage schedules while ensuring quality and profitability.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years supervisory experience, excellent guest service skills, and the ability to work all shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in line with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts including open, close, weekends and holidays.
