Job summary

You will train new team members, lead daily huddles, and ensure quality and cleanliness across all shifts to deliver outstanding service. • Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors staffing and production planning and makes adjustments.
• Creates and monitors schedules and onboarding for new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
