Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction. You will train staff, coach teams, and drive hospitality excellence while upholding brand standards and safety regulations.

You will develop local community initiatives and promote the Shack experience through events and word‑of‑mouth strategies, contributing to a positive work environment and brand growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Experience with personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and events.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
