Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an emerging leader to manage in-store Quick Serve Restaurant operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive daily food service, ensure health and safety compliance, and manage a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer experiences. You will analyze financial data, control costs, and optimize inventory while building a culture of coaching and recognition that motivates staff and improves operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of food service, QSR, or casual fast food prep leadership experience preferred.
• Successfully obtain and maintain locally required safe food handling certification.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of developing team members and delivering customer service.
• Business mindset with ability to leverage restaurant reports to identify opportunities and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fresh food service operations while complying with health standards and safety regulations.
• Drive sales growth by managing food programs, analyzing financial data, controlling costs, and merchandising strategies.
• Own inventory management and vendor relationships to ensure in-stock items and accurate orders.
• Build and develop a top-performing team through recruiting, coaching, and recognizing excellence.
• Oversee food preparation, quality standards, and equipment maintenance for consistent customer experiences.
• Create and manage work schedules, provide coverage, and respond to safety incidents or operational challenges.
