Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an experienced store leadership candidate to oversee daily fresh food service operations in Texas. You will manage food programs, analyze financial data, control costs, and merchandise innovations to grow sales while maintaining health standards and policies.

You will own inventory, build a strong team, ensure 100% stock on top items, and coordinate scheduling and safety responses to incidents.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of food service, QSR, or casual fast food prep leadership.
• Local safe food handling certification is required.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop team and deliver customer service.
• Business mindset with ability to leverage restaurant reports to identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a top-performing team through strategic recruiting, hands-on coaching, and creating a culture where team members excel and feel recognized
• Oversee food preparation, quality standards, and equipment maintenance to deliver consistent excellence in every customer interaction
• Create and manage work schedules, provide coverage as needed, and respond swiftly to any safety incidents or operational challenges
