Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a food service leadership professional to oversee in-store Quick Serve operations in Odessa, Texas. You will lead daily food service activities, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and drive sales growth through strategic programs and merchandising.

You will build a high-performing team, monitor inventory, manage vendor relations, and optimize schedules to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1+ year in food service, QSR, or casual fast food prep leadership.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage customers and coach staff.
• Business mindset with ability to leverage P&L statements and store reports to drive opportunities and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fresh food service operations ensuring health standards and safety compliance.
• Drive sales growth by managing food programs, controlling costs, and implementing merchandising strategies.
• Own inventory management and vendor relationships to maintain top-selling item in-stock and accurate orders.
