Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at our restaurant and uphold our CORE values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.

You will supervise staff, manage shifts, monitor food quality and safety, drive guest satisfaction, and coach team members to deliver fast, friendly service while controlling costs and maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Minimum 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Lead and coach team members; schedule and staffing.
• Ensure quality food safety and regulations; maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Monitor costs, drive profitability, and optimize labor.
