The role focuses on operating the entire restaurant, building a strong team, and maintaining high standards while driving sales and guest satisfaction. Expect a demanding schedule with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Required when needed, the ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.
