Job summary

Efficientapply is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee a Jack in the Box unit, driving service, sales, and brand standards. You will lead a team, ensure compliance, and act as a role model for guest service excellence.

You will manage operations, train staff, and collaborate with the District Manager to optimize profitability while maintaining high food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of restaurant management or strong supervisory experience.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English; ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff; ensure compliance with labor laws and JIB policies.
• External Service: ensure guest satisfaction through consistent service, food quality, and brand standards; address guest concerns promptly.
• Sales & Profits: monitor performance, analyze data, and drive sales and profitability within budget and brand guidelines.
