Job summary

Team Lyders is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our Taco Bell locations. You will drive customer satisfaction, profit, and a vibrant team culture, setting the tone for success and excellence in operations.

You will recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing staff, manage daily operations including labor, inventory, and safety, and continuously improve service quality and speed. This hands-on leadership role rewards initiative and results.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour week, including evenings, weekends, and extended shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team to deliver customer experiences and operational excellence.
• Recruit, train and mentor staff; provide feedback and develop bench.
• Manage labor scheduling, inventory, and health/safety standards.
• Drive sales and profits through cash control and cost management.
• Address customer issues and coach staff to exceed service expectations.
