Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Leader to drive strategic direction, uphold operations standards, and develop teams. You will lead sales and profitability through people development and culture, while ensuring compliance with brand standards and safety practices.

The role requires handling busy kitchen operations, forecasting, scheduling, and maintaining high customer service. Weekly pay, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication and analytical skills.
• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and budget for the restaurant and drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and laws.
• Hire/terminate management crewmembers and manage payroll.
• Create and manage crewmember work and training schedules.
• Develop management-level crewmembers and performance management.
• Act as manager on duty and oversee cash handling.
• Monitor P&L and implement strategic initiatives for performance.
