Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Leader to guide restaurant strategy, uphold culture, and drive sales and profit growth through strong people development. This role leads operations, scheduling, and compliance, while maintaining exceptional customer service in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the restaurant, managing payroll for leadership, and monitoring financial performance to meet company standards.

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; adaptable to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Owns strategic direction for the restaurant and drives results through people development, sales and profit growth.
• Upholds Raising Cane's culture standards for crewmembers, customers and partners.
• Hires, terminates and manages payroll for management-level staff.
• Develops schedules and performance plans for crewmembers and managers.
• Acts as manager on duty; opens/closes the restaurant; handles cash management.
• Monitors P&L and implements strategies to improve financial and operational performance.
