Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; valid driver's license.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant strategy, standards, and profit growth.
• Lead development, scheduling, and payroll processes.
• Open/close the restaurant and manage cash handling.
