• Openings, marketing and leadership responsibilities for local restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts and budgets; responsible for financial and operational performance.
• Ensures compliance with company standards, policies and laws.
• Hires and terminates management crewmembers; manages payroll."
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Develops management-level crewmembers; performance management.
• Acts as manager on duty; opens/closes the restaurant; handles cash."
• Monitors P&L and develops strategy across operations.
