• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and budgeting to ensure overall financial success of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance to company standards, policies and laws.
• Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers including payroll processes.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules.
• Develop management-level crewmembers and performance management.
• Open and close the restaurant; manage cash handling and P&L monitoring.
