Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is hiring a Restaurant Leader responsible for setting strategic direction, maintaining operations standards, and driving sales and profit growth through team development. This role teaches and models Raising Cane’s culture for crewmembers, customers and partners.

The position requires 5+ years in restaurant or retail management, strong leadership, and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and budgeting; ensure overall financial success of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and laws.
• Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers and manage payroll processes.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules; develop management-level staff.
• Act as manager on duty, open/close restaurant, manage cash handling.
• Monitor profit and loss statements and drive strategy in financial and operational performance.
