Job summary

Burger King is seeking a hands-on, people-focused supervisor in Oakdale, MN. You will develop servant leadership, ensure high guest satisfaction, and balance operational goals with costs.

You will train new team members, run effective huddles, coach staff, monitor service speed, and uphold quality and safety standards. Candidates should have 1–2 years of supervisory experience, excellent guest service skills, and the ability to work all shifts in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GM on action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and ordering processes.
• Implement cost controls and adjust production planning.
• Address employee needs and conduct OP assessments.
