Job summary

Burger King in Minnesota is hiring for a team leadership role within our growing franchise. You will help develop servant leaders, train new team members, and lead engaging team huddles to motivate staff while maintaining high standards of guest service and restaurant operations.

The position requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years supervisory experience, excellent guest service, and ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders and put restaurant first.
• Create memorable guest experiences for guests and team members.
• Maintain balance between guest/employee experience and financial goals.
• Welcome new team members and provide training.
• Lead inspiring team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for staff.
• Build the capability of shift supervisors and prepare them for next level.
• Thank and celebrate the team’s successes.
• Coach brand service behaviors—train, observe, provide feedback and celebrate.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Keep the restaurant welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partner with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to ensure QSC standards.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedule and onboarding for new team members.
• Address employee needs and conduct Operational Assessments.
