Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop shift supervisors and prepare for advancement.

• Monitor service speed and guest expectations.
• Maintain welcoming, clean restaurant and high product quality.
• Collaborate with GM to improve guest metrics and QSC.
• Review daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Evaluate inventory and order product; monitor costs.
• Adjust staffing and production planning as needed.
• Schedule creation and onboarding of new hires.
• Implement actions to address employee needs and assessments.
