Responsibilities

• Develop servant leadership—put your people and restaurant first while achieving goals.
• Create memorable guest experiences through service excellence.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure quality, service and cleanliness (QSC).
• Welcome and train new team members; mentor shift supervisors for growth.
• Lead team huddles, coach staff, and provide ongoing feedback and recognition.
• Monitor speed of service and adjust staffing/scheduling accordingly.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, inventory management and HACCP logs.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement action plans for performance improvement.
