Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Burbank, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team and help run the playbook on every shift. You’ll support the General Manager and lead front of house, back of house, bar, and takeout to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive energy, quality, and service, coach and develop Team Members, and help promotions and local marketing while maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Team-first mindset with leadership by example.
• High energy; thrive in a fast-paced environment.
