Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years restaurant or retail management experience preferred.
• Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred.
• Valid driver’s license to travel between units.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification completed.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service.
• Coach, train, and develop the team to build an all-star lineup.
• Execute daily operations ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy.
• Fill gaps across FOH, BOH, bar, or takeout to keep operations strong.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment.
• Support promotions and local marketing and in-store fan engagement.
