Qualifications

• Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory and operational standards.
• Supports GM in coordinating daily operations to drive profitability and guest service.
• Coaches and directs Shift Leaders and Crew Members to improve performance.
• Directs staff to ensure accurate, fast, friendly service and cleanliness.
