Applegreen USA is recruiting an Assistant General Manager for a Burger King location. The AGM leads operations, drives profitability, and focuses on guest service, people development, and daily operations under the GM.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of quick service management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in P&L and Microsoft Office. Flexible scheduling and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service principles.
• Experience with P&L management and restaurant profitability.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory and operational standards.
• Ensures preventative maintenance and security procedures.
• Directs team toward fast, accurate service and guest satisfaction.
• Coaches Shift Leaders and Crew Members to raise performance.
• Performs duties of Hourly Shift Leader when needed.
