Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Burger King location. The AGM leads restaurant operations, focuses on profitability, guest service, and team development, and supports the General Manager in daily management.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining standards, and ensuring efficient quick-service operations to meet service goals and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory and operational standards in daily shifts.
• Coaches Shift Leaders and Crew Members to improve performance.
• Ensures cash control and security procedures are followed.
• Directs efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt service.
• Performs duties of Hourly Shift Leader when needed.
