Job summary

Burger King’s Chicago Heights (194 W Joe Orr Rd) franchise is hiring for a hands-on, fast-paced leadership role. You will develop servant leaders, create memorable guest experiences, and balance high service with strong financial performance.

You will train and coach team members, lead shift operations, and ensure HACCP and quality standards. The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, excellent guest service, and the ability to work all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Implements action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.
