Responsibilities:

As a General Manager, you are responsible for making dining pleasurable and affordable for our guests by ensuring that Golden Corral's operational standards are communicated, trained, and maintained in the restaurant. In this leadership role, you will:

• Ensure optimal restaurant financial results
• Maintain outstanding guest service and food quality
• Provide the restaurant management and team members with opportunities for success

Requirements:

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant
• 5+ years of management experience
• Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Benefits:

• Up to $65,000 annual salary
