We are seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner, following recipes and procedures. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch food, apply today!

Responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager
  1. Supervise food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures.
  2. Ensure compliance with employment policies, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety.
  3. Monitor and maintain efficient ticket times for food items.
  4. Manage Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  5. Develop key employees through feedback and training.
  6. Conduct inventory, safety checks, and proper handling and storage of items.
  7. Practice safe food handling procedures.
  8. Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
  9. Schedule and assign tasks to Back of House staff.
  10. Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  11. Participate in hiring Back of House employees.
  12. Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values.
