Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes and procedures. Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee food production and preparation, ensuring compliance with recipes and procedures.
• Enforce employment policies, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and ensure guest safety.
• Monitor and maintain efficient food ticket times.
• Manage Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Develop key employees through regular feedback and training.
• Conduct inventory, safety checks, and proper handling, maintenance, and storage of items.
• Implement and practice safe food handling procedures.
• Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
• Schedule and assign tasks to Back of House employees.
• Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Participate in hiring processes for Back of House staff.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values.
