Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations and be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes, and procedures. Responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager
  1. Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures.
  2. Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety at all times.
  3. Monitoring and maintaining efficient food ticket times.
  4. Managing performance of Back of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  5. Developing key employees through daily feedback during one-on-ones.
  6. Conducting formal Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety.
  7. Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
  8. Practicing safe food handling procedures.
  9. Managing food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
  10. Setting work hours, schedules, and task assignments for Back of House staff.
  11. Training employees on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  12. Participating in hiring decisions for Back of House staff.
  13. Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values and goals.

Minimum Requirements
