Job summary

JCK Restaurants Support Team is seeking a Field IT Technician to be the on-site hardware repair, upgrade, and install lead across multiple locations. You will keep POS systems and related tech running smoothly while collaborating with vendors and restaurant teams.

Expect travel up to 100+ miles and participation in on-call rotations with some after-hours work. Standard shift from 8 AM to 5 PM, paid training at HQ in Eugene, OR, and a compensation of $19/hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT or related field.
• 1+ year of POS support desk experience.
• Hands-on hardware and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving attitude.
• Valid driver\'s license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site hardware repair, upgrade, and install lead.
• Maintain POS systems and other tech across locations.
• Handle service calls, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and restaurant teams.
• Travel to sites (often 100+ miles) and assist on-call shifts.
