Job summary

Red Robin in Riverside, CA is hiring an Associate Manager to help lead front-of-house operations with a focus on hospitality and guest experience. This hourly role reports to exempt Management and offers opportunities to grow within the brand.

Compensation range is $23.27–$29.43 per hour with an uncapped bonus program, referral bonuses, and family meal perks. We expect strong communication and training skills, 21+ years old, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Open availability (including nights, weekends, holidays)
• Strong communication and training skills
• Reliable transportation
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service.
• Support management and act as Brand ambassador to uphold company standards and guest experience.
• Uphold Red Robin’s standards and contribute to a positive, fun dining environment.
