Red Robin is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager in Riverside, CA to oversee front of house operations under the guidance of an exempt management team. The hourly role includes responsibilities to deliver hospitality, uphold brand standards, and foster guest satisfaction while supporting daily restaurant performance.

Pay ranges between 23.27 and 29.43 per hour, with an uncapped bonus program, referral bonuses, and family-friendly benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Open availability (including nights, weekends, holidays)
• Strong communication and training skills
• Reliable transportation
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
