Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the operation of the dining room and kitchen.
• Assist Managers with recruiting, training, and developing the hospitality team.
• Provide vision, coaching, and feedback to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Foster team cohesiveness and a positive work environment.
• Oversee opening and closing activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and security policies.
• Monitor beverage regulations and alcohol service.
• Support peak times to expedite service and guest experience.
• Manage food presentation quality and accuracy.
• Investigate guest complaints and report issues to management.
