Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and budget for the restaurant; drive sales and profits.
• Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers and manage payroll.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules; develop management staff.
• Act as manager on duty; open/close the restaurant and manage cash handling.
• Monitor profit and loss statements and implement strategic plans.
